At BBC Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
